Ease of use: The Phallosan forte is relatively easy to use, one downside is the pump that comes with it is small and fragile but it works most of the time but sometimes leaks air and loses the vacuum.

Safety: The Phallosan forte is very safe to use as long as you use the latex caps that are included to protect the head of your penis from the vacuum pressure, similar to the Phallosan Replica and Screw Penis Extender.

Price: At around 380$ The Phallosan Forte is the most expensive device on the list whilst also giving you only one wearing option so it's not a great value for your money.
